Our products are customized based on user-provided content (e.g., photos). You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you submit and that such content does not infringe third‑party rights or violate any laws.
Prices are displayed at checkout and may change from time to time. Taxes and shipping fees (if any) will be calculated at checkout. Payments are processed by trusted third‑party providers.
Title and risk of loss for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer cash refunds. Our Quality Promise entitles customers to a free replacement for manufacturing defects or a one-time redesign if they are unsatisfied with the initial AI creation.
All site content, trademarks, logos, and service marks remain the property of their respective owners. You receive no license or ownership rights except as expressly provided in these Terms.
By submitting content, you grant Figurize a limited, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use, modify, and reproduce the content solely for the purposes of providing and improving our services.
You agree not to use the services to submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or to interfere with or disrupt the operation of the services.
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Figurize disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Figurize shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
You agree to indemnify and hold Figurize harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, NY.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
